between 07:00 and 01:00.
The restaurant is highly appreciated both by tourists and locals on
account of the rich Menu from which you shouldn’t miss "Pork sirloin À la

Republicii Boulevard, "Carmen" Wine Cellar awaits you to spend
unforgettable moments.
Open every day from 22:00 and until the
last client leaves, the Wine Cellar invites you to cross its threshold and
enter a refined atmosphere guaranteed by the "Carmen" vocal-instrumental
band with permanent program and also by the "tasteful" menu, assorted with
the select drinks offered by "Carmen" Bar.
